I've only ever been here once. The food was good but the service was lackluster. Slow service with few appearances at the table. Probably wouldn't go here again based on the service because while the food was good it wasn't good enough to compel another visit.
Went for a private party space was a little tight. Hot wings were great along with the bread. But unfortunately pizza wasn't that good.
You will have one of the best brick oven pizza around. My personal favorite it's the Margarita Pizza. Super thin and totally fresh ingredients combined with the smokey flavor of the over, make this a perfect pizza. The staff is totally amazing as well. The staff is really friendly (Faith you are awesome, Rose/Lorraine you work so hard).
Bertucci's gets it right every time. Yum, yum, yum. The Tuscan Wings were seasoned and grilled perfectly. The Lasagna Rustica is pretty amazing!!! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Italian Cooking at it's best.
This is my third time ordering, I have waited the other two previous times and have always been kept to wait longer than the estimated pick up times. Today I ordered lunch and SPECIFICALLY stated that I would like an eggplant Parmesan sandwich, and that I do not eat meat.When they asked for the soup that came with it I stated once again that since I don't eat meat I would like the vegetable one. The woman on the phone said that It would be ready in 25 minutes. I waited 30 minutes later, just in case it would take longer and when I got there it was still not ready. I waited an extra 30 minutes and had to go and ask one of the staff members serving tables to help. After another 10 minutes she gave me my meal and was very nice, but when I opened my sandwich thinking that it was eggplant I realized that it was chicken. I am a strict vegetarian and I can get very sick. So I called and addressed the mistake that they made and the guy on the phone was unbelievably rude and even said that I made the mistake. The only reason why I'm adding a star is because one of the staff members named Roger apologized and delivered the eggplant Parmesan sandwich, he was incredibly nice. Overall very disappointed. Not worth the time or money.
