This vet is so accommodating, clean, and they really care for your pet. I was nervous to bring my puppy in because it was the one recommended by the pet store that I got my dog from and I was not sure if I would be dealing with honest people. Also some of the reviews on here made me concerned. But let me assure you, I have never confronted any rude personnel. Everyone is warm and inviting, and knowledgeable. They allow you to ask any questions you want answered without feeling rushed. Your pet will be in good hands here, I know mine is.

My new (adult) dog, has been a patient there from the day I brought her home... She goes for grooming, baths, and every need a dog could have. Dr Urgo is still great, and so is the team!
I love this place! They always have an appointment for the same day when I call and need one. The entire staff is super friendly and know me by name when I come in. Dr. Urgo is so sweet and gentle, I love it when she is in the office. I've been having issues with a stray cat getting into it with my 3 cats (mainly my 2 boys) and when I have to bring them in I always know they're in good hands with Dr. Urgo and all of the staff members.
Wonderful People! Great Care! Im reading through these reviews and am bewildered by the negatives. I have been coming to this office for years... Dr Karen Urgo is wonderful and provides terrific care and advice when dealing with a significant illness. My dog was diagnosed with a severe immune disease, and through the knowledge and skill, this team of vets treated her and helped me care for her at home for the almost 18 months to get her into remission (after 2 relapses). She passed away due to old age, not the disease! The care and courtesy from this team was exceptional. And the fees I was charged (dare I say it) were less than I had paid other vets in the past, and due to the length of her illness and many many many repeated visits, they were kind in their billing practices - and I appreciate it very much.
Dr Gurtman, I have only had the chance to meet you twice in the past 7 years, but thank you for putting together a great team and taking such good care of my dog!
